What to eat in order quickly to gain back healthy weight?

It’s so common that the question about the world order is whirling around weight loss, what is the best for detox. Although if we would look at the problem at 360?

Ingredients

  • Banan – 1 pcs
  • Avocado – 1/2 pcs
  • Dates – 2 pcs
  • Apple juice – 1 cup
  • Coconut – 40 g
  • Spinach – 30 g
  • Ginger – 2 cm root or 1/2 tsp powder
  • Curcuma – 1/2 tsp powder
  • Basil – 1 twig with leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. Rinse avocado, spinach, dates, ginger, banana, basil. Peel off banana and ginger, spoon  off avocado and pit dates.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and add the juice. Mix them into the nice soft smoothy.
